Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Overview

At Wudi, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for paid subscriptions.

2. Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to refunds. You may use the free tier indefinitely within the daily generation limits.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until that date.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

4.1 Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

4.2 Service Outage or Defect

If the Service experiences a significant outage or defect lasting more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

4.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately at billing@wudi.in. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was unauthorized.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase (unless due to service issues)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality — the nature of AI content varies; we recommend using the free tier to evaluate the Service before subscribing
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal — it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@wudi.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund
  3. We will respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at billing@wudi.in. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. Currency & Taxes

All prices are in USD. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge. Taxes paid are refunded in accordance with applicable tax laws. Currency exchange rate differences are not refundable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the update.
