By accessing or using Wudi ("the Service"), operated at wudi.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wudi is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create native content for multiple social media, e-commerce, and content platforms. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text content based on user inputs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Create spam, phishing content, or misleading information
Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or authentication
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond the provided API
Generate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Inputs

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service (topics, audience descriptions, brand voice samples, etc.).

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute generated content freely. However:

AI-generated content may not be unique — similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users.
We make no guarantee of exclusivity or originality of generated content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

5.3 Our Content

The Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Wudi.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free tier — limited daily generations, available to all registered users.
Pro tier — unlimited generations and premium features, billed monthly or annually.
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended biases. The Service is a creative tool, not a source of factual information. You should:

Review all generated content before publishing
Fact-check any claims, statistics, or data in generated content
Ensure generated content complies with your target platform's terms of service
Not rely on generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wudi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wudi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
